The “Home Owners Rescue Plan” is a special promotion held in conjunction with the “Boise Fall Home Show” produced by Spectra Productions, and presented in partnership with Waterware.  The following rules and regulations govern this promotion.

1. The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize has an implied value of up to $5,000.00 from Waterware.  Winner understands that The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize has no real cash value whatsoever.  Winner understands that due to circumstances beyond Waterware’s control, winner’s home may not need products and services from Waterware that total a value of $5000.00.  Waterware will make an effort to provide products up to $5000.00, but winner understands the total value of the products and services from Waterware may be less than $5000.00.

2. Prior to installation of The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize, any improper or fraudulent use of the prize value, such as trying to redeem for cash, is prohibited, and is cause for invalidation of The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize, and the winner’s status therein.  Invalidation will be cause for Spectra Productions to immediately revoke all rights to The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize.

3. Winner must be a homeowner living in the Treasure Valley and residing in the home in which the products and services from the Home Owners Rescue Plan are to be used.

4. Winner understands that the prize value is for products and services provided by Waterware.  Services can include labor, design, removal of existing materials, and any other non-product costs involved with installing plumbing fixtures at the winner’s residence.  Work other than the products and installation provided by Waterware such as, but not limited to plumbing outside the scope of the installation, electrical, drywall/painting, tile work, or cabinetry are not to be included in the $5,000.00 prize value.

5. Products to be used shall be selected from in stock materials, and pricing will be based on manufacturer retail prices plus shipping and handling costs where applicable.  When providing the products for The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize, Waterware will “round-up” the total price of each transaction (including sales tax) to the closest dollar amount to eliminate any reason for any form of cash to enter the transaction.

6. Once the Home Owners Rescue Plan products have been installed, these products become the property and responsibility of the winner.  Waterware takes no liability with product warranties including but not limited to defects, finish irregularities, product malfunction, damage caused by defective materials, etc.  All manufacturer warranties will be the responsibility of each respective product manufacturer selected.  Winner understands The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize is part of a promotion and does not carry any endorsement toward Waterware of Boise by Spectra Productions.  Furthermore, winner understands that Spectra Productions will not be held liable for any claims made by Waterware.

Marble or granite products to be used shall be selected from in stock materials, utilizing standard edge details only, and pricing will be based at Advanced Marble & Granite’s retail homeowner level.  When providing the products for The Home Owners Rescue Plan Prize, Advanced Marble & Granite will “round-up” the total price of each transaction (including sales tax) to the closest dollar amount to eliminate any reason for any form of cash to enter the transaction.
